Sealed for your flight
Every box, bottle and bag is closed with tamper-evident security seals and caps. If a seal is broken, you'll know, and so will we. Nothing is opened between our kitchen and your cabin.
Temperature-controlled, door to cabin
Cold-chain care packs keep chilled dishes at temperature through delivery. Soups travel in leak-resistant, tamper-evident bottles with microwave-ready kraft cups for reheating aboard.
Labeled for the tail, not the terminal
Each order carries a flight tag with tail number, passenger, FBO, flight time and order reference, plus dietary and packing labels on every item, so the crew can serve with confidence.
Organized, master-boxed, ready to stow
Meals are boxed individually, then consolidated into master catering boxes (up to eight meal boxes, double-stacked), sized to move cleanly from our vehicle to the FBO to the galley.

The dining box is the dining room.
VIP dining boxes and breakfast & light dining boxes arrive composed and sealed. Opened aboard, they plate straight onto linen.
